Marked as draft since I am not sure how intense this is, and if there is any better way to stop the timers from running.
The main reason for the bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=504553 happeningis that the timers keep running even during inhibition, so the timer can reach to end right after a video ends for example.
