Akseli Lahtinen opened merge request !548: powerdevilcore: removeAllIdleTimeouts when inhibited at Plasma / PowerDevil

There is no reason for us to keep these timers running when system isinhibited. Remove the timers when inhibited so they do not keep running.

When inhibitions are gone we can then just start running the timers again.
