If I unblock a particular app and reason on an "every time for this app and reason" basis, it isn't actually saved permanently anywhere; restarting powerdevil and plasmashell forgets it. "every time" suggests to me that my choice really will be remembered permanently, at last until I undo it at some point in the future.
