CC @teams/localization, you'll want to move all of the translation sets from this MR (plasma_applet_org.kde.plasma.battery.po, plasma_applet_org.kde.plasma.brightness.po, plasma_runner_powerdevil.po) from plasma-workspace once this goes in.
