Any suggestions about how to name them? I realized that the after is perhaps out of place for strings that only do " minutes" without "after" included. So perhaps we could throw it out altogether and make it nMinutesI18n(). Or i18nMinutes() for a different look. Not sure how to make it much easier to parse though.
