The actual error messages are the same as mentioned in sysadmin/ci-images#9, which we've seen since new FreeBSD CI images were introduced. The timing with powerdevil_powerprofileaction is worth raising an eyebrow over, but also note that this target finished successfully with Built target powerdevil_powerprofileaction and was merely part of the unfinished jobs that it was waiting for after hitting the error earlier.
I think it's fine. Your call though, I'm not going to push you into merging this if you don't feel comfortable with it. 2 more weeks of this and I'll remove the FreeBSD build if it hasn't been fixed by then.
