Jakob Petsovits opened merge request !352: daemon: Add per-display access methods to ScreenBrightnessController at Plasma / PowerDevil

This isn't quite a final D-Bus API yet, but it goes a long waytowards implementing one in a later commit.

Depends on changes from MRs !350 and !351, so those should be reviewed and merged first.
