Jakob Petsovits opened merge request !327: daemon: Move brightness animation ...

Now that the ddcutil backend doesn't have a use for it, we mightas well make it owned by the only class that still has a use for it.

This MR came out of !324 which hopefully can become a little simpler if this gets merged first.
