The date and version refer to the time when the documentation was reviewed. This means the data doesn't need to match the release date.If this change is going to land on 6.1 and it contains information which are relevant for 6.1 only, the version should be 6.1. But if it only contains information which are available on 6.0 only (especially, but not exclusively, if it could be backported after the 6.0 release date in some 6.0.x, then it makes sense to specify 6.0.
