I don't think a specific text is needed but at least showing theheadset/headphone icon to be quickly recognizable is nice.

Mayyyybe we want to word it differently to remove the “may turn off at any time”. This is mostly to hint that when your keyboard/mouse goes empty, that’s bad. For your headset it doesn’t usually render your system unusable.
